Located in Taunton, the county town of Somerset, is the wonderful Willow Cathedral. Located at Long Run Meadow on the banks of the River Tone, this living structure provides shelter for picnickers, a playful area for children, and a haven for wildlife.

This popular public open space was designed and made by local artists Stefan Jennings and Sophie Courtiour for Project Taunton. Made of living willow sourced from the Somerset Levels, it was officially opened on 24th June 2011.
