Taunton School is an independent day and boarding school in Taunton, Somerset. The main school building – an impressive neo-gothic structure with iconic clock tower – dates back to 1870, when the all-boys school located to the site it occupies today on Staplegrove Road.

Celebrating 175 years of pioneering education (in 2023) the school became co-educational in 1971, and offers a mix of modern and traditional buildings and facilities to children of nursery age to 18 years.
