Size

Measuring just 8ft x 8ft, the ‘Smallest Pub on the Planet’ was a former signal box for Cleethorpes Light Railway in North East Lincolnshire. The line takes you from The Signal Box Inn along the sea wall to the start of Cleethorpes promenade and the sea front.

Small on size, but big on personality, it offers the weary traveller (and local) an array of drinks that include cask ales and lagers, plus a whopping 20 cider choices, that I can confirm from experience, are VERY STRONG indeed!
With ample outside seating, it’s a fab little place for people watching, and if you’re lucky you might just catch an evening drive by of Mustang collectors, or local scooter enthusiasts.
It holds a very special place in my heart!
