Pen-y-ghent Art Print

This contemporary collage print reimagines the distinctive form of Pen-y-ghent through layered texture, pattern and colour.

Created from my original paintings and developed digitally, the work transforms this iconic peak into a bold yet atmospheric composition.

At 694 metres, Pen-y-ghent is the lowest of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, yet one of the most recognisable, known for its stepped profile and limestone features. Part of the well-known Three Peaks Challenge, it holds strong connections to shared experience and place.

Through deconstructed mark-making and unexpected colour, I have aimed to capture a fresh perspective while retaining a sense of the familiar.
