The Leadmill in Sheffield is an iconic music venue beloved by locals. Having first opened its doors in 1980, it is the city's longest running music venue and nightclub, and a hub for the creative arts. Many bands see playing there as a rite of passage. I first saw Oasis at The Leadmill in 1994, paying just £3.50 on the door! My design seeks to capture the essence of queuing up outside as night falls.
