The iconic red cantilever railway bridge spans the Firth of Forth between the villages of North and South Queensbury.

Completed in 1980, the Forth Bridge (also referred to as the Forth Rail Bridge to distinguish it from the road bridge) is considered as a symbol of Scotland. It carries the Edinburgh to Aberdeen line and is the second longest single cantilever span in the world.
