Cleethorpes Pier is one of the most photographed places in Cleethorpes. From its original construction in 1873, it has seen many reincarnations, enjoying a wide number of uses, and has an interesting history – one story recalling how a hole was blown in the decking to prevent it being accessed by enemy forces during WW2! Today, it now houses Papa's Fish and Chips.
