The iconic beach lighthouse is the best known landmark in Burnham-On-Sea. Built in 1832 it is a Grade II Heritage listed structure. The nine-legged wooden structure is popular with locals and, in 2014, was also included in a list of the world’s top 10 most beautiful lighthouses.
